And this is me now…
How I lost weight? Well, I have a few secrets to share to everyone!
Here they are:
1. Choose to lose weight. Its a decision that you have to remind yourself everyday.
2. Let go of fast foods! It will never do any good to you.
3. Workout at least 3-5x a week. Yes, yes its a lot of time but you cannot say you’re too busy. That’s just a lousy excuse. We have 24hrs a day. You can FIND TIME to do it.
4. Find a diet and workout buddy. You need the encouragement. Believe me.
5. Get educated. Read books and blog about diet, weight loss and exercise.
6. Choose a diet plan, and workout program and stick to it!
7. Never give up! 🙂 stop having a pity party and start doing what you need to do.
8. Remind yourself that you are beautiful as you are. You just need to do more to be EXTRA PRETTY!
9. Dress well. Not because you have those extra pounds in your belly doesn’t mean you cannot dress well. You can!
10. Stay happy! Happy girls are the prettiest! ❤
